Shireen Abdul Wahab married

Without any prior notice, Egyptian singer Shireen Abdul Wahab surprised everyone in the entertainment world and around the Arab world when she married music distributor Mohammad Mustafa two days ago. Rumors had been circulating around Shireen and Mohammad and that a love affair exists, but the couple constantly denied rumors stressing they held no truth to them and stated they were only friends.

A few days ago Shireen had made a call to her business manager and requested he buys two wedding bands and bring all her ID papers to be able to do the marriage license, without any prior preparations.

The wedding vows were made far from the media’s eyes and in the presence of family members of very close friends of the couple like Syrian singer Asalah Nasri and her husband director Tareq Al Arian, actress Muna Shalabi, Hani Rushdi (Shireen’s business manager) and others. 

The spokesperson for Shireen revealed that the singer is very happy and currently living the best days of her life and prays that God blesses her union.

 Shireen and her husband had worked together many times in the past where  Mohammad had distributed some of Shireen’s most popular hits like “Ah Ya Lail” (Oh Night), “Kunt Bastana” (I was waiting), and more. 

On a different note, Shireen is currently working on her first album to be released by the production company Rotana, which Shireen joined recently.  

She is also in the process of making an appearance on the big screen in the new film “Tifa and Tuma” alongside Egyptian singer/actor Mohammad Foad.
