Lebanese singer Carol Saqer is getting ready to
travel to Algeria in November to appear as a guest on an
Algerian program for the local television channel. She will take
time in Algeria to promote her first album. She is scheduled
to hold a press conference and to meet with a number of Algerian
journalists.
Rumors claim that Carol may perform a song in
the Algerian dialect, since her new album has been such a
success in Algeria.
According to the London daily Elaph, Carol is
filming a video clip for the third song from the album “Bamoot
Aleek” (Crazy about You) with producer Nabil Lebs. She is
financing the video herself.
Carol’s husband and music distributor Hadi
Shararah is preparing a new project for Carol in which she will
sing in French and will select an Algerian singer to accompany
her.
Carol confirmed that she and singer Saber Al Riba’ie will
perform a duet together. When rumors began circulating in the
media, we worked even faster to make it happen, said Carol.
Carol is already working on new songs for her second album,
produced by ‘Rotana.’
